John Cai is a graduate from Academy of Art & Design, Tsinghua University. He is the founder of JC Visual Arts School, and holds an Ohio teaching license. He taught drawing & painting at Village Academy. He taught pen & ink at Upper Arlington live-long learning program. He worked as an architect at Beijing Institute of Architectural Design. Michael DelGrosso is a graduate of The Ohio State University School of Industrial Design. His area of expertise is in product design and computer graphics. He is the founder of ozone studios, Columbus, Ohio, one of first full service production and design studios in the country to adopt file based work flow, film effects, 3D animation and high definition TV. The studio won numerous ADDYS and EMMEYS with staff going on to work at Hollywood animation studios, gaming companies, documentary film, TV production crews and education.
Mike served as adjunct professor at Columbus College of Art and Design teaching 3D modeling and animation, and continues to instruct and consult with design and engineering professionals in animation, photo realistic rendering, mechanical design, product modeling, and motion capture.
JC Visual Arts School was founded on the belief that every student has the ability to learn.

Ridley Litton is a graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design. His focus is narrative illustration and visual development. He draws his inspiration for the illusion of life from the works of Don Bluth, Chuck Jounes, Bill Watterson and Winsor McCay.
